Registration Fee: $3,900 (USD)

Payment Options:

• Full Amount - register and pay the full amount of $3,900
• Deposit - register and pay the non-refundable deposit of $900. The balance of $3,000 is due by May 6th, 2010.

Travel to and from the course is the participant's responsibility
